observeイベントの目的は通常変更監視であり、concatやindexOfなど変更されないメソッドの呼び出しを監視する必要はない。

ObservableArrayのメソッド呼び出しのコストを最小化するため、また、
beforeイベントでpreventDefault()した場合に非破壊メソッドの場合までキャンセルされてしまうことを防ぐため、破壊メソッドの場合に限ってイベントを出すようにする。
