nih_enrollment_table

This script allows ingestion of data from a REDCap clinical database, selection of demographic variables for race, ethnicity, and sex, and generation of the specifically formatted table required for clincial trial enrollment reporting to the NIH, with output to a Word document, PowerPoint slide, or Rmarkdown document.
