Highstock doesn't display range when min equals max #1213

The new range charts are very promising.
Sadly, ranges where min equals max don't display. In this case, I would expect a line just like in regular charts.

This is displayed as expected once we add a line width. Perhaps for this reason we should consider enabling the line by default? We disabled it by default to allow drawing clean shaded areas, but we are willing to reconsider. A 1px line with no shadow makes a minimal footprint. See http://jsfiddle.net/highcharts/czfCP/2/.
