IE8 - exporting menu items

If you click over the 'Export to raster or vector image' and, if you move your mouse diagonally down and to the left so that it crosses the 'Print the chart' button - the menu layer disappears. In user-testing lots of people tended to move diagonally down to their required menu choice so this got flagged up as a significant annoyance.

It also solves the problem with the menu item disappearing in IE8 when overing over the button title.
