Vertical scrolling does not work on mobile devices after zooming in charts

Expected behaviour

After changing the scale of the chart, when we swap up and down the chart area on mobile devices, the browser window scrolls.

Actual behaviour

Scrolling of the browser window does not occur until we reset the zoom.
