Hi,

The tooltips do not work in IE7 for certain type of graphs such as stacked bar and the basic bar graph.
Sometimes, the tooltip appear correctly for a certain series then does not appear for the others
I tested it using the example in the Highcharts demo page

This issue appeared after refactoring trackers, then was fixed in 3ec0d49 and broken again in d74d88f later the same day.
