Expected behaviour

Active cell in a heatmap changes when the mouse moves over another cell even if a crosshair if shown over it.

Actual behaviour

Using crosshairs with a high enough zIndex to be shown above cells in a heatmap prevents changing the active cell via mouse hover IF the mouse is over the crosshair.

Live demo of the issue

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

  1. Create a heatmap
  2. Add crosshairs to axes
  3. Make the zIndex of the axes show them above the cells
  4. Hover over a cell to make it active, move mouse to another cell, keeping it inside the crosshair at the same time

Affected browser(s)

Chrome 49, Firefox 38, IE11
