DataLabels: Wrong color/position on outside dataLabels which are forced inside #6487

Expected behaviour

With columns.dataLabels.inside = false all the data labels need to be placed outside of the column in the chart.

Actual behaviour

If the column height is close to the edge of the chart, the datalabel is placed inside.
Same problem occurs for bar.

Possible solutions:

  • DataLabels placed outside are accounted for when calculating column height.
  • Contrast color is applied when dataLabels are placed inside (even when inside = false) due to overflow.
