Moving foreach call and processing the files one line at a time

Moving call from -css to -usemin as the HTML files were not copied yet
for the replace to take place, resulting in a task that got falsely
    executed.

As for the regex, replacing one line a time may be inefficient but is
    safer.

removing the default option to compress inline script tags. Really, p…

…eople shouldn't be putting actual JavaSript straight into the page anyway and the script tags that people are using (templates) are causing errors. If HTMLCompressor gives us a good way to scipt certain script types, we can pull it back in.

createproject.sh: make it more like a standard commandline application

This is probably the first of many changes to treat creatproject.sh NOT as a
simple shellscript that simply scatter copies your files into a directory somewhere
beneath you but more a part of the whole package you recieve with h5bp.

     With this commit createproject.sh has:

     - a --help option you can read. You do not have to look inside anymore for that.

     - a --src option which will copy YOUR h5bp checkout from that directory into
       where you want it

     - a --dst feature which lets you tell it where exactly to put the new project instead
of the toplevel directory of h5bp

     Have fun with it!
