minii is mini version of Yii2, supposed to be fully compatible.
This package provides yii\i18n and yii\messages.
The preferred way to install this library is through composer.
Either run
php composer.phar require "minii/i18n"or add
"minii/i18n": "*"to the require section of your composer.json.
