Die JSON API soll durch das zusätzliche Attribut Sprache ergänzt werden.

Das Attribut Sprache wurde im Issue #1663 im Core implementiert. Einige Wagons haben ggf noch einige Ausnahmen. In den Wagons ist z.T. das Attribut correspondence_language verwenden statt einfach language. Dabei muss der feature Toggle berücksichtigt werden.
