t/env.t fails on some of my smokers:

Constant name 'Foo::config' has invalid characters at /home/cpansand/.cpan/build/2020011114/Config-ENV-Multi-0.05-RHzhyb/blib/lib/Config/ENV/Multi.pm line 55.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/env.t line 41.
t/env.t ......................................
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
No subtests run

This seems to happen with older perls (approx < 5.22) and can be fixed by installing the latest constant.pm from CPAN. So maybe you want to add an appropriate prereq, or alternatively skip the test if constant.pm is too old.
