Sets of domains to be hidden from the logs, each can be switched on or off

Currently, you can add a list of domains to be hidden from the logs, but there's only one list, so if you want to add some domains to hide but which shouldn't always be hidden, you have to edit this list, but doing so you would have to rebuild the list or copy-paste from a backup when done, each time, and disabling the whole filtering, just for that, wouldn't be the best solution.

So this new feature would enable the user to create and save additional lists of domains to be hidden, which can be switched on or off and named.
