[BUG] Founders not counted as subscribers

1. What was expected to happen?

Subscribers should receive an extra vote.

2. What actually happened?

Subscribers who are using the Founder badge do not receive an extra vote.

3. What could have caused this? (optional but helpful)

I've tracked down the issue to Twitch being weird with their new Founder badge. When the founder badge is enabled (you can disable it in your account security settings of all places) the "subscriber" tag for the user is set to 0, but when not using the founder badge, it's set back to 1.

I also sent Twitch a feedback message about this since it doesn't feel like it's intentional but the issue has been around since the Founder badge was released so it might be here to stay.

I will be making some edits to the bot some of the other code. I will have a look at this. I believe I know of a simple fix to the issue @swemoney and also, fancy finding you here
