Auto upload images from flashair to folder on desktop

Auto upload images from Toshibas flashair card version 3.

1. The exe file will copy from the url \flashair\dcim into D:\flashair\sync.
2. Add the exe to startup
3. Then setup google sync to point to D:\flashair\sync.

Viola auto upload to google photos!!!

Things that people are welcome to add:

1. Configurable input folder , output folder and pull delay a.o.
2. Make it a windows service
3. Make a gui for this
4. Support auto delete after upload to PC
5. Support auto delete after upload to Google photos
6. Support configurable cloud repository.
