If a matrix is used instead of a data frame, y-labs are wrong:
library("stabs") library("lars") x <- matrix(rnorm(100*20),100,20) beta <- c(rep(1, 5), rep(0, 15)) y <- x %*% beta + rnorm(100) stabs <- stabsel(x, y, PFER = 1, q = 5, fitfun = lars.lasso, assumption = "none") plot(stabs) ## with data frame everything is fine: x <- as.data.frame(x) plot(stabsel(x, y,PFER=1,q = 5,fitfun=lars.lasso,assumption="none"))
