Misskey API互換モードを実装したい

Mastodonは考えたけど元々Hol0がMisskey互換を重視してるのとAPIを触ったことがないから現時点では未定

misskeyと名前空間が衝突しないようにすればいいか

というかHol0は基本的にMisskeyと互換性持たせても良さそう

やっぱ面倒だしHol0APIはapi/v(api version)以下に置く
