Use STDIN as source #9

It would be cool, if one could use spark like Gnome zenity's progress bar: http://library.gnome.org/users/zenity/stable/zenity-progress-options.html.en

E.g.,

(
    echo "10" ; sleep 1
    echo "20" ; sleep 1
    echo "50" ; sleep 1
    echo "75" ; sleep 1
    echo "100" ; sleep 1
) |
spark --max 100

One would of course need an --max (and --min) argument so that spark can calculate the necessary block height for a given value.

Based on #39, I'm going to tentatively close this for now. If someone wants to open another pull for what's remaining (things like --max and --min), by all means. 🤘
