Contains some changes that were made during writing docs.

• it was found that tornado HTTP client will not work in jupyter notebooks, so we moved to an implmentation called httpx
• bug fixes for pydantic in action argument schema
• introduce SSE object for events on a client and refactor ConsumedThingEvent - it also looks cleaner and works better
• fixes links in README
• adds a ruff baseline so that the diffs are not as large
