Readd MultiInterface datatype if data is of that type #3401

The issue here is that Path has some special handling to detect single paths specified as a list which dropped the multitabular datatype. This PR ensures this datatype is readded if the data indicates that it should be, this ensures that projecting of single paths in GeoViews does not break.
