To fix the build.
EDIT:
Turned into another battle with pyctdev.
To note a change, the
testsextras no longer includenbvalandpytest-xdistas they are required to run the examples tests only and not the unit tests. To run the examples you now need to installexamples_tests+tests, that includes all the notebook dependencies plus all the test dependencies.This was done to avoid installing useless deps to run the unit tests on building the packages.
