With the new
total_increasingstate class in HA, we have to distinguish between energy that is accumulated vs energy that is not. In this case, theBMRsensor type is not always increasing, it just represents your metabolism rate, or the number of calories required to keep your body functioning at rest at any given moment.We can get around this without a release for now in the entity description PR, but this is something we will have to fix properly once it gets released
