Ok well i made a mistake. I try to modify the recorder settings to let HA upgrade.
Now HA dont wanna restart at all, i'm stuck with no UI. The docker is up indeed...
I'm sad...

Same here, no error messages, but also no UI with 0.8.X using Docker.

OK I found the bug origin : in 0.83.x there was a breaking change with Owntracks, so i edited my config file, remove owntracks then restart, everything works as before on new version 0.84.1.

HA Team need to do something with breaking changes because its hard to follow all important breakers !

Breaking Changes

OwnTracks is now using config entries. To set it up, go to the configuration panel and configure it there. When configured and MQTT is available, will automatically listen there too. You must remove the old device tracker before upgrading (@kirichkov - #17034) (@balloob - #18759) (owntracks docs) (breaking change)
