deCONZ - reflect hub status on entities #18106

Add support for setting entities availability based on the connection status to the gateway


Documentation: home-assistant/


  • The code change is tested and works locally.
  • Local tests pass with tox. Your PR cannot be merged unless tests pass

If the code does not interact with devices:

  • Tests have been added to verify that the new code works.

Just minor stuff. This should be a good PR to handle state when Deconz software not available. Good Job!
