Add support for multiple RainMachine controllers #18989

Even though multiple RainMachine controllers can be added via config UI, the same use case can't be accommodated via configuration.yaml. This PR rectifies that.

BREAKING CHANGE: the configuration.yaml format changes to the below.

Pull request in with documentation (if applicable): home-assistant/

Example entry for configuration.yaml (if applicable):

    - ip_address: !secret rainmachine_ip_address
      password: !secret rainmachine_password


  • The code change is tested and works locally.
  • Local tests pass with tox. Your PR cannot be merged unless tests pass
  • There is no commented out code in this PR.
