ZWave: added workaround for Fibaro FGR-222 (similar to FGRM-222) #6890

Description:

Added the workaround for the Fibaro FGR-222 in the same way there is already the configuration for for Fibaro FGRM-222. The device is almost identical, but has has a different Product Id
