Adds support for colored lights to the vera component.


If the code communicates with devices, web services, or third-party tools:

  • Local tests with tox run successfully. Your PR cannot be merged unless tests pass
  • New dependencies have been added to the REQUIREMENTS variable ([example][ex-requir]).

Colored lights look the same as dimmable lights, but I will see if I can find a way to differentiate them and submit an additional pull request to fix it.
