Homesteading is a personal publishing platform where the creator owns the content and can syndicate copies to third parties.

Homesteading Photo is an app used for publishing photo updates. It connects to a Homesteading Hub to feed updates upstream to subscriber apps.

Setup

  1. Install all the required gems.

    bundle
  2. Set up your database.

    rake hs:db:config
    rake db:create:all
    rake db:migrate
    rake db:seed
  3. Run the specs.

    bundle exec rspec

    rake db:migrate rake db:seed
