Adapt staking site to reflect staking season 3 #222

requires S3s4 contract and tests with deployment hopr-stake#53 to be fixed as it imports data from the package
APR calculation was not fully updated (see doc in Create Season 3 Staking Website and Migrate and Update Old Website #206)
set up stake-s3.hoprnet.org to point to release/stake-v3
set up stake-s2.hoprnet.org to point to release/stake-v2

stake.hoprnet.org needs to point to S3 branch release/stake-v3
- this requires a deployed version
