Devise a method to manage compilation of both the application (with glance) and the widget via separate jungle files and manifests. Also add 20 missing devcies.

@Someone0nEarth I think we will be able to run two different application builds in parallel using the same source and a simple enough script. That means two entries i nthe app store for each of the widget and application with a glance.
