Add methods for getting/setting the ALPN protocols using the new string property.
with upgrade functionality for h2c, with all necessary methods
from Integer from: aByteArray to aByteArray asInteger
- added flagIsSet: and flagSet: to: on H2Header - added class constants for flag bit positions in frames - renamed getter and setter for every flag (setter naming ok?) - added boolean to integer converting
and used it in place of Boolean >> integerRepesentation
