Followup to #20012
Named it "UI size adjustment (DPI)". Adjusts the DPI for UI purposes. 0 is default.
I tried using 2^(setting/8), and it feels pretty good, reasonably sized steps. -8 to 8 then results in from 0.5 to 2x.
Though maybe 10 steps on each side would be better?
