Release 0.3.1 of the Covid-19 Genotyping Tool. Updates include:
- Downsampling GISAID sequences to 20'000, using sequences processed from June onwards
- Travel history metadata
- Stricter sequence quality thresholds
- More stable UMAP projection
- Minor UI changes
