CSV doesn't correctly import amount with "$" sign #167

My online brokerage only supports CSV for transaction download (yes, that's sad, I know, but I can't switch brokers). Not only that, but the brokerage format for negative amounts is:

-$20.00

and MoneyGuru does not understand this when it imports, reading it as if there were no minus sign (that is, as positive not negative $20). Any chance of a minor release fix for this?
