Ability to Select Multiple Accounts Simultaneously

In the Net Worth or Profit/Loss views, it's only possible to select one account at a time. It would be nice to be able to select multiple accounts, e.g. to drag into an Account Group, to delete/merge, or enable/disable.

While I agree that it wouldn't hurt to have multiple selection, doing so would require significant changes in the method calls on Document (going from taking a single account as an argument to taking multiple accounts as an argument), so the feature has to be worth it.

I'm changing my mind about this one. Although it seldom happens, sometimes you want to move a lot of accounts around, and doing it one at a time is just annoying. It's worth the development effort.
