Huffman codes in HPACK should be revised to take into account statistics for both requests and responses.
Possibly, using a large representative set of headers would be good.

Unless Herve chimes in soon, one should assume this won't be done by London.
This is a low impact change if delayed, thankfully-- changing constants in
a program should be easy.

There's a point at which we are required to stop changing stuff. That should be soon. I think that "end of London" is a reasonable marker.

The rejection of a change should be based on how much disruption the change
causes, as opposed to a wholesale modification freeze.

The latter essentially implies last call.

Yes, that was what I was implying. We discussed taking this to last call soon, is there any reason why you think that would be a bad idea?
