Inconsistent logging of 501 websocket response depending on whether logBody is true or false

Very closely related to http4s/blaze#659, if you change logBody=true in the example, the 501 message isn't logged at all.

Expecting the same (incorrect :P) log message but with a body:
ie. HTTP/1.1 501 Not Implemented...body=This is a WebSocket route.

Instead nothing is logged besides Unknown type: Close(Array(2)) and Accepted connection
