GitHub Projects is live!

We've got some ideas of our own... Is there something YOU would like to see us do with them?

We've deployed a proof-of-concept Project view (same in GitHub.

Known limitations:

  • No realtime updates, since webhooks are not available yet.
  • No drag/drop support; /moves API was available last
  • Only the first 30 cards per column; API does not support pagination yet
  • No Projects from linked repos

Stuff that Just Works:

  • Filtering (kind of)
  • View issues in modal
  • Milestones and Tasks views, as usual

So. Questions.

  • Would showing Projects within HuBoard like this be useful?
  • Should we keep the Tasks board to organize all issues apart from projects?
  • Should we import all but the first column on our Tasks board as a corresponding "HuBoard" project (with matching columns, etc)
  • Should Projects' "add cards" UX be "inspired by" GitHub's, or should we put all available issues in a fixed left column, as we do with "No milestone"?

What do you think?
