Allow subdirs in `scripts` directories #360

While I think having a big ol' community script bank is cool, not everything will make it in there, but we still want to share and have it accessible. Looking for a way to host hubot scripts as gists, and bring them each in via submodules.

Bless his little robot soul, but hubot expects all scripts to be in the top-level of the scripts directory. It would be great if he recursed one level deeper.
