Bluemix is IBM's PaaS built on top of the open-source project Cloud Foundry. Unlike Heroku, the free tier supports 24/7 uptime meaning you don't have to set up anything like the hubot-heroku-keepalive script, making for a better hubot experience.

This PR contains the docs for how to deploy and host your hubot on Bluemix

Very nice! The only thing I have to suggest is updating docs/deploying.md to link to this.

Would you mind if I cc you on any issues around using bluemix?
