- change image var to no_image and flip logic for clarity - add --tweet flag - add --toot flag - add --message flag to go with --tweet and --toot - slightly more helpful error message when config has errors fixes #5

with appropriate settings, on publishing, with the
--tootor--tweet(or both) flags, shares the most recent post on socials. Not sure how that will work though...Maybe as a totally separate action?
