Add settings page to options

It would be nice to have the settings page also show up when e.g. in Chrome right clicking the extension icon and clicking options to be more consistent with other extensions. Sometimes I forget that the settings page is opened by clicking the extension icon instead of the usual way which can be confusing and as Chrome shows the option greyed out in the menu, it implies there isn't an options page.
