dYdX perpetual - Position not retrieved after restart

Describe the bug
When running the bot using dYdx perpetual, it doesn't recognize the open position after restarting the strategy and proceeds to create orders like there's no position currently open.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run a perpetual_mm or spot_perpetual_arbitrage bot using dYdX
2. After an order is filled to open a position stop the bot
3. Start the bot again, the open position from earlier should be retrieved however the bot will proceed create orders like there's no position currently open
