Meeting Information Management Plan
Notes are taken on the RAPID SI2 PR Meeting Notes Google Document. Tasks are exported as a list, e.g. March Tasks Issue and assigned in individual issues which can be assigned to leads. Shared meeting materials such as slides are kept in the Freshwater Google Team Drive, RAPID Almost Like Maria Project Folder, All-Hands Meetings which contains the Meeting Notes and folders of meeting materials labeled by meeting date.
