In order to publish modules through the CLI (or later the Desktop), the user needs to be able to sign in to the Vault through the CLI. This means adding one or more API routes and figuring out how the CLI can best receive the session token (probably through long polling). Then, the CLI needs to be able to authenticate through the session token via an http header instead of the cookie, which currently is the only accepted method.
