Xidmap in live loader is not completely pushed to badger #2006
Description
Dgraph live only pushes out the xid => uid map to disk when the shard increases in size. It doesn't push all entries before closing and hence the xidmap directory can't be reused across different runs of live.
We should force evict everything before stopping Dgraph live.
