ratel fails to connect when using dev release from github

  dgraph-darwin-amd64-v1.0.1-dev.tar.gz

• Have you tried reproducing the issue with latest release?
  Yes. This happens only with dev release binary.

• What is the hardware spec (RAM, OS)?
  OSX

• Steps to reproduce the issue (command/config used to run Dgraph).

1. Download dgraph-darwin-amd64-v1.0.1-dev.tar.gz from github release page
2. Extract and follow getting started guide.
3. Ratel fails to connect.

But dgraph-ratel errors out as

@gpahal did we add the addr flag back? Can you please update the docs if its mandatory?

Fixed the issue. It should be reflected in the next dev build.
