Bringing dgraph client up to speed with API version 0.9.4+

This isn't completely ready for merge as yet. A few integration tests need to be completed for it to be up and running. I thought it would be good to start getting more eyes on this.

Integration tests requested are now added. Please take a look at this PR.

You can run tests via

$ python tests/test_acct_upsert.py
$ python tests/test_bank.py
$ python tests/test_txn.py

I'm hoping to use dgraph python in a cubesat mission that's going to low earth orbit
