flagging now works, but i don't believe there is any ability for notifications.

As a user I would like to identify/save/quickly access submissions that are relevant to me in order to send a determination, follow-up with applicant, or carry out another task.

This flagged item could be saved in my dashboard, associated with my WebApp account, or easily searchable and accessible.

@fourthletter is this not the case currently? my understanding is that you can easily flag a submission, and it's then available on your dashboard. Could you give more details about what you're thinking here?

Users can flag items and save these items on a personal dashboard. You noted on Jan 22 that notification is a missing functionality. Most users, however, are not using this saved item feature.

ok, so there are a couple of things here:

1- staff is not using the flag feature. it would be interesting to know why, so maybe this warrants survey or conversation with staff.

2- once we figure out why it's not being used, we can refine and develop it further by adding notifications to it.

makes sense?
