See replies to deleted annotations #107

Story

As a user, I want to be able to see replies to annotations even after they're deleted, so that I don't find my links are broken, or my reading is interrupted, because a parent annotation is removed.

Acceptance criteria

  • When I delete an annotation that has replies, the annotation card remains, but the body and username are replaced by text that indicates that this annotation has been deleted.
  • When I delete an annotation that doesn't have replies, the annotation is completely removed.
